Emily Long is a second year Master in City Planning (MCP) candidate in the Dept. of Urban Studies & Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology interested in transportation, open data, accessibility, and civic engagement.
Emily has worked with the City of Boston, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and Conservation Law Foundation. She is currently completing an internship at the Metropolitan Area Planning Council with the Data Services team. She is a graduate of Colgate University, where she received a BA (Neuroscience). In addition to geeking out about bike infrastructure, she enjoys spending time in the mountains or on a kayak.
